Well, you know, it's always a struggle, right? And I think like I love our people, like people in general. Also können wir keine mittleren Arschlöcher in unserem Ort haben. And they might be stand out when we're here, but they're average here. And, you know, we want to, you know, I don't want to just hire from the outside. Like, I want to grow our employees and see everybody have awesome lives. Like, I love going to work every day. And this will be my 32nd year in a month from now. Damn.

And then, you know, you have some careers or some parts of the business where that particular job is no one's passion or dream. But they love our company and the culture. And so, you know, it's never a problem to motivate the engineers. And they're very spoiled. I don't turn them down for money for anything. If I have the money, they can have it for whatever they want.

Ich kann jeden in unserer Industrie rekrutieren.
