So the person in this case knew exactly what Ram and Morty had done.
They knew there was a child involved.
And that person then makes a considered decision to write a reference for this person.
And the whole point of this character reference issue is that the law now states that people can no longer hide behind them.
Before you could send in a letter, nobody would know who it was from and that would be used in mitigation.
Now you have to stand where you're supposed to be able to stand over it.
You can be asked to come to court and be cross-examined on whatever you've said about this individual.
The former TD in question, who hasn't revealed themselves despite numerous requests to do this, this wasn't a snap decision.

He said that the man clearly has an addiction.
There wasn't any efforts by him to suggest a treatment for that addiction, that there's been no reference to the suffering of the victim in all of this, and that there was massive breach of trust between Ram and Morthy and the victim.
Ramamurthy and the parents of the victim Ramamurthy and the church group who allowed him access he talked about the use of technology in this case that he'd used technology as a vehicle to get at this child the cases that are going through the courts at the moment the horrendous cases that involve children child abuse
Child exploitation.
There's a real issue in the country with what's going on.
This is really serious.
These are really serious offences.
And the judge said that, said it numerous times.
