I do think the history that you have with people does play into it.

I think any coach would do that.

All these guys have connections.

And if you have one and it was a good one and you felt there were some significant strides made in whatever position coach that was, then I understand why you would do it.

So, yeah, he has a lot of people that have been with him before.

I don't know.

I'd have to look at every other coaching roster and see guys who've had connections because I guarantee you they all have some working connection with somebody on their roster.

Yeah, and it doesn't matter if you get another head coaching job.
