It doesn't matter if you're a head coach, an assistant in college.
You look at their resumes, and he has a lengthy one where he's been.
And so had some experience at Pitt, moved on from there, and made multiple stops just to try to get this opportunity.
You never know if you're going to get it or not.

Oh, you'd find a lot of stuff there.
And that's how you learn.
I know that myself because I didn't learn anything.
My father used to do all the stuff.
And I watched, but I didn't really take the time to figure out.
I don't know how to do anything.
But back then, that's exactly what you had to do.

I don't know what the rates are then, but they're pretty expensive now.
