I love to watch stadiums ignite and open up and begin, and the players warming up.
There is a lot of camaraderie on that field, and I don't know if Butkus and Nitschke would have joined in that.
They may have given a nod before a game, and then after a game congratulated the other on a
on a great performance.
And I'm not saying being vile and like I'm not saying being below the belt.
I'm not saying that.
But I'm saying all week long, all you're doing is preparing to beat another opponent.
And I think, you know, that's the thing that Jordan had and Kobe had
that I don't know that I see much in the NBA.
I was just doing a game last night where it was Houston between the Thunder and the Rockets.
You know, two good teams, like the number one net and the number two net in the NBA going at it.
And they're out there talking and commiserating and hugging and laughing and giggling.
And I'm thinking, come on.
I don't want to see this.
I want to see sideways glances.
I want to see ignoring one of them.
And then after the game, if we have some of that, I'm okay with all that in a professional way.
But listen, like you guys at your station are trying to beat the pants off the station across the street that does the same thing that you're doing.
And I've got broadcasting people.
I mean, it's less because we don't go head to head.
