But again, we don't know what kind of image this is.
Is this an infrared image or is it a visible image?
I mean, I don't know if there's any metadata to describe that.
um that's not quite obvious it looks like it could be an infrared dimension if it is then the temperature of the thing is off whatever scale their temperature scale is using but again without the metadata we don't know what temperature scale the instrument's using so so you're you're stuck um this it's interesting that all of this metadata was removed um
you can ask the question as to why in the three early videos, there are three early Navy videos, some of the metadata was actually erased off the screen, not blacked out.
Yeah, it wasn't all redacted, but some of it was erased.
We know that some of it is usually there.
There's usually a distance to object data thing, and that was actually erased off the screen.
So we know that they removed some metadata from the first three Navy videos.
But these videos, it looks like in some cases, they're clearly removing all of the metadata.
So why is that happening?
I mean, they might want to remove metadata to protect the identity of the instrument or to protect information about the capabilities of their instrumentation getting out.
And this is one reason that these things are kept secret.
It's to protect our capabilities and keep our capabilities secret.
But then you wouldn't need to redact all of the metadata.
So why is that happening?
Well, could it be happening because they're being lazy?
It could be that they needed to release these by a certain date.
So if we redact some of it, we have to then send it back for approval.
And there's a cycle there and a time delay.
