I love that.

And every once in a while, when I hear something like that, it's usually in industries that are well-established.
And I'll give you an example.
Watch insurance.
The insurance market
is incredibly difficult to break into because it's highly regulated in every state and it's impossible to acquire customers from the behemoths and you know who they are.
And I'm a watch collector.
