I've always felt that Bryson is posturing in a lot of ways about stuff that he wants you to think that he understands, but he actually does not.

The guy's just a really good golfer.

People always say, oh, I think Bryson should go just try to play regular length irons.

I won't go that far because I think part of what makes him great is his obsession with proving that this method is the way to do it.

And he probably works really freaking hard at it.

But I just feel like you're right, Joseph.

Ever since he wanted to be the longest player in the game, you can look at the stats right there on Data Golf.

He became a worse iron player recently.

like almost every year.

And to the point where he was a really below average iron player for like 2022, he was legitimately bad.

It kind of was like, this year has kind of been sort of similar.

It's just like length can, especially on live, play these courses without a lot of trouble.

You can just hammer it down there.

And of course, that's how you're going to end up shooting 58 on a week setup.
