And they're definitely trying to channel something there.

And there's definitely those vibes out of how good Dolbush is being here.

And that's really encouraging, because if you're the Canadians, what he's doing...

You've got a guy sitting on the bench right now.

The irony is the guy they're paying to be the number one is a black ace, but the guy sitting on the bench behind him and Jacob Fowler might have even more upside, which is hard to believe after watching Dobish go through these playoff runs.

But this is why you build out goaltending.

This is why you build out a department.

They've got goalie scouts.

They've got Vincent Riendo running things at the top.

They had an excellent American Hockey League goalie coach who they pulled up, promoted.

They got a little lucky there.

Because I can't remember if I told you guys this, but Marco Marciano, who is the goalie coach who got promoted in late January and the goalies have just been like rocket ship up ever since, actually was offered the Detroit Red Wings job last summer.

And there's a lesson here in how you treat the position because the Red Wings pay –

at a rate that is similar to a lot of American Hockey League teams.
