And I just thought, God, that's again, it's just one of those little things.

that they have to get used to, that suggests as you're walking through, this isn't normal.

This isn't a normal place to be living, that fire alarms are tested once a week in the building.

You probably can give us a better sense of that, about what's incongruous about here.

I've mentioned a couple of times the number of people living here, but tell us a bit more about it.

Megan...

when she walked through the door here in February, knew the score to a degree.

You know, she's been through the ringer and seven moves over the last three years.

But imagine somebody who turns up here and it's their first time presenting at homeless services and they're sent to Huben House and maybe they think, I might be here for a few weeks, I might be here for a few months, I'll get HAP, I'll get choice-based letting, I might get something.

Tell me about maybe the conversation you have to have with them and how frank you have to be.

live here longer and longer.

The nature of the service probably changes as well.

It's less kind of roof over their head.
