And if you have been listening, I know you'd have been struck by how people talk glowingly of the services that are on offer here, but also acknowledging the fact that they shouldn't exist, that there shouldn't be over 300 people who call places like this home, this place, home to 317,000 plus homeless in the country at the moment with that number consistently moving in the wrong direction.
