And this is important because people don't understand that and they come to the community and send them some patches and they get rejected and they don't like that because...

We care about the quality of your code because this is what defines our community.

And which means that we have a lot of people who contribute who are some very different backgrounds and very introverts.

And I would even go and say that what he did on Git is more interesting than what he did on the Linux kernel.
