I've not deeped it that much because it's what I want to do and I'm just going forward with it.
So I've not thought about it that much.
But when you do think about it, I was thinking the other day, so we started off in the St Helens Theatre Royal and we had three shows on.
The first one was a matinee.
and we it was a 700-seater venue and we had 17 people in the audience i mean the other the other two shows the other two shows we had about 200 in and then the year after that it didn't didn't stop any of us none of us went oh we can't do this again the year after that we did it again the royal court it was a sold-out show for a full week and then doing it again this time so we're an even bigger venue and you know it just keeps getting better and better and we're on the right way so when you think about it that way you know i'm proud of myself but
It's a good show, it's written well and we've got three amazing actors so it's going to do well.
It's a hard game.
It's really hard and you have to love it to stick at it.
And I think that's anything creative or else why would you do it if you didn't love it?
And I think that's probably something that we all have in common is that you love what you do so you keep at it.
It's just entertainment so important for people and I feel like it's slipping away slowly.
I'm hoping that it will come back, but entertainment, live entertainment, whether that be music, even football, it's so important and keeping that available to everyone and not making it a privilege is important.
So that's a good reason to keep at it and keep doing it.
Well said.
What was it you were saying last year?
We had a conversation about Liverpool and Manchester being the top producers of music in the UK, and I think Liverpool's number two in the entire world.
It's amazing the amount of talent and things that come from these two northern cities, and probably aren't looked upon as good as they are sometimes.
But it's probably why we hate each other sometimes is because we are so similar.
and the things that we like, the things that we've done and that we will do, you know?
Competitive as well, isn't it?
