It's Kim and my co-host, Grandma Gail.

You might be able to tell we are outside in Palm beach right now.

Grandma and I love to take walks together.

So today we're going to walk on the lake trail and we're going to answer some of the questions you guys wrote in on Instagram, all about confidence and going into new experiences, whether it's a job or a relationship.

And we're going to give our advice.

It is pretty windy.

And we're going to need some confidence ourselves today because we have our own speaking engagement down here at Play for Pink.

Yep.

And I feel like going into a speaking engagement, some people get nervous.

Some people want to really boost their confidence.
