So one of the things that's really special about this episode is, of course, it was written by our creator, Yvette Denise Lee, and Tom Anderson was brought in to be the overarching showrunner. I'm really... Grateful that Tom Anderson knew to stand down and let Yvette create the show that needed to be created. He was brought in to oversee everything.

And by the way, you're smart. You went to the Brooklyn... Tech, it's a school you have to take a test to get into, but that's neither here nor there. It's one of the top three high schools in New York and in the country. But, you know, to play, you know, someone who was naive and innocent and childlike, you know.
