Yeah, and it's a fun little project to have, but I don't feel like I'm making progress on it yet.
So far, I've kind of been seeing... When Zach was in town, we walked around a few neighborhoods and would pop into a building to see if they had availability, but that honestly doesn't work.
It just has to be what's online.
So I've kind of taken a lead on this, I feel like, of... Well, he's still out of town, so I think that's correct.
Yeah, like visiting things when I can...
And talking to the brokers, which I'm kind of fine with because then I can also control the situation a little bit.
I also know New York City better than he does, even though he's lived here.
I've been here for 30 years.
So it's like I know what's an area I like and what's one that I don't like.
