I think I'm too busy.

I feel like I have so even as we're talking about like 2026 goals, like I feel like there's so many things on my mind that the real estate project is probably at the bottom.

Even though I love real estate and I like looking for myself, I feel like I can just look through like Architectural Digest and get my fix.

Also, are there any, like, new hobbies you're going to start this year?

Plus, you have the car in front of you.

So if you guys remember, I had my friends over once, and we did a lesson.

Tonight, I'm having my girlfriends over again with an instructor who's great, and we're going to do lesson number two.

I found it really hard to follow, but I feel like after a few times, maybe it'll click.

Three or four lessons, it clicks.

So I'm excited for that tonight, and it's fun to host.

Like, my friends don't really say that to each other.

But this is, like, definitely a new thing that I feel like we realize we do want to know, just maybe in case it becomes... Well, I also think sometimes now young mothers want to get together at night or people who are, you know...

I mean, my friends, only like one of them has a baby.
