You know, you're not going, well, how many times am I going to have to, you know, find the missing socks or whatever in the home?
I'm doing this to put it away, to allow the energy to flow.
And so everything is just about lifting your energy up.
clear it as much as you can of stuff so like if it's in the kitchen and it's your kitchen side most of the time arguments happen in the kitchen and it's again what comes first
It is a space where most people gather.
So you've got all of this energy in there.
So the calmer you can keep it, the better.
So keeping your kitchen side clear.
I know the kitchen side is like a magnet for stuff, for keys, for water bottles, for bags and all of that stuff.
Keep it clear because if the energy can't move, it will get stuck.
have spaces where if it is your kitchen put your knife block away for example like don't have knives on the side because again they're quite sharp they're quite daggery allow if you can to alter the lighting in the room so bringing that energy down so people don't feel on all the time so the idea is that like at night time especially that if a light is below your eye level we
In our minds, it's sunset, like the sun is setting.
So all of a sudden our minds just slow down a little bit.
Music as well, like frequencies of music is so powerful.
And so just by changing that frequency of music that's in the kitchen, slow it down.
If it's around a dining table, have softer cushions on the chairs, like just really literally physically soften the area so that people don't feel...
like bright effervescent on all the time that you just allow everybody's nervous system to relax and go, I don't have to be in fight mode.
We can just relax just a little bit.
