The amount of people that have done that and have actually found it really emotional is quite amazing.
So just start with that.
Like it's not meant to be overwhelming, but just being aware that there's greater stuff going on and that there is something that you can do about it is so powerful and it will make the rest of your year feel so much better.
So water is also linked to emotion.
So that water sort of energy can feel quite heavy.
Water can be two things.
One is either like a washing of a wave coming through of energy, but it can also be quite a pull, like a deep, emotional, quite lonely feeling as well, like with the water.
it could just be that that energy is off a little bit and it may need a little bit of grounding or do you keep anything under your bed like trying to keep it clear is quite a good energetic thing because everything under your bed will like that energy will will come up and
That's quite a lot of energy.
And also, because I know the running side of it for you is like the raising awareness and the commitment.
So it's all embodied around what you've been through.
And so those races, it's not just about, it's not like it's his Sunday morning running gear.
It's what those races represent.
which was your situation then, I've got goosebumps.
I would say try moving it.
