Oh, I'd love to say it's really exciting, but my daughter rose.

So, tomorrow morning, we're up at four and out rowing at five.

So, the Gold Coast lifestyle here is like early to bed, early get up and a massive coffee culture.

So...

I'll be dreaming of my coffee for tomorrow morning.

So it's a morning on the water for me and I help out with the mums from school doing the breakfast for the girls.

It's a really, it's really wholesome, wholesome times.

It's lovely.
