And then it changes.
You come back to the same city and it's different again.
Sometimes they're chill, sometimes they're crazy and you never know what to expect.

And I think rage and anger is one of the most powerful tools that we have that demands change in our life, like demands it immediately.

So it's all about just tapping into that feeling.
And apparently heightened emotions technically only last in your body for 90 seconds.
If it lasts for longer, you're just choosing to hold on to it.
