And that's all that truly matters is just being in tune with you.
And I think, like I said, I can get stuck in emotions for a long time.
especially heavier ones like if I'm sad I can be sad for a while or if I'm angry I can be angry for a while but once I meditate and drop back into myself it's like all of that what I'm holding on to in probably those five layers the koshas it's like that can just be let go and it's just me again
I think where I would start is whatever you do, don't be hard on yourself.
That negative view on yourself is probably the most damaging that we can do.
So be kind to yourself.
and allow yourself to have an off day and do all those things, but do it and love it.
Well, I mean, I always, I started with books.
I mean, there's this book called Western A Price, which talks about diets and teeth and expanding our jaws.
And I mean, that was a very crucial one.
My mom was a dentist, so she put me onto that.
And when I was having babies, I read a lot of books.
That's where I lived.
Now it's like a lot of podcasts.
I feel like podcasts feel safer than just scrolling and finding something and going, oh yeah, I'm going to listen to that.
I think my problem is I'm just seeing like the real and I'm going...
And now I just have a lot of my hair.
