Yeah.

You know, just really controlling, you know, my mental game.

That's been big for me.

Competing one pitch at a time, not getting too far ahead of myself, being present in the moment, and just go let it eat.

Like, just go give it everything I have, and it's been able to, when I step on the field, everything just kind of goes away, and it's kind of just like the baseball player in me just takes over, and it's a cool feeling.

I mean, I've heard it's a sellout crowd, and I've heard it's going to be bumping, so I'm ready to get out there and stand on that line for the national anthem, just kind of really take it all in, and then, you know, when that first pitch is thrown, it's ready to go and try to have the crowd something to cheer for during the game.

I would just say, like, everything that I'm doing, even sitting here today, like, this is something that I'm not going to do every day, just being present, not getting too far ahead of myself and just preparing myself the best way I can to go perform today.

But I'm really looking forward to just a moment with all my family and friends after the game because I got a lot of people coming to watch and can't wait to just thank them for that.

Pretty special to hear the players I've been compared to.

Those guys, they've done it at the highest level.

They were in similar situations, but continued to work hard and get to where they were, and that's why everybody remembers them.

So that's the path I'm trying to take.

Today's the first day of kind of carving out a legacy that I want to build, and I'm ready to do that and try to be right up there with those top guys.

Yeah, he's been fantastic.

I mean, all the way back to last spring training.

He's the guy that I kind of failed to just because he understands my game.

He knows what I want to work on.

He's helped me develop in a lot of different ways and to kind of team up with him here.

and Pittsburgh and be around them every day.

It's going to be nothing but good for my development at Shoreside.
