You had to find the little mom and pop ones and trying to find out what could I eat to start to build my body back up because I couldn't take whey protein. I couldn't do anything that was dairy related. And I just tried to build my body up for the next year. And I found this goat colostrum. I wish they still made it goat milk. I could do that. and he had recommended that uh as rangers let's give him a shot he didn't know i was sick though either yeah but they uh they got my phone number because he you know as a friend he had the phone number so he's like here it is and they called me and the only reason i went blackwater for blackwaters because they called me first And at that time, they were both great organizations.
