So they like saw something, they got some coaching and they practiced and they had to try and try and try.
And it's that kind of, like when I talk about struggle, it's like that motivation, that grit to like keep trying at something so that you develop your own style so that when the stakes are higher in the game,
you can kind of recall and you can think in the moment, you can shoot the free throw under pressure.
And if we outsource that, what happens to that ability?
I don't know that I trust companies to.
But, you know, I think that's actually where I come in.
So, you know, I think that the experts in the room, those with knowledge, need to kind of model the kinds of behavior that might be appropriate for kind of enhancing learning.
So if you don't mind, I can give you like a classroom example.
So I'm going to try not to let the like Boston accent slip out.
But are you familiar with the film Good Will Hunting?
Of course.
Okay.
Classic, classic Boston movie.
So there's like a kind of iconic scene where Robin Williams and Matt Damon are sitting on a bench in the public gardens.
Not the gardens, you know, the gardens.
And what we do is we read, like I print it out.
We read the monologue that Williams delivers and the students just they read it.
And so these are traditional 18 year olds like this movie is 30 years old.
So they read it and, you know, we kind of start to pull it apart and they pick up on anger like this is angry.
And I'm like, interesting.
