Which following through with your word is so important.
If you're not going to do it, then don't say you're going to do it.
That's actually a pet peeve of mine.
I wonder why that is a pet peeve of mine.
Well, I can actually tell you why.
When you've dealt with people in your life, for me, it was men who never did what they said they were going to do.
There was no follow through.
makes you kind of lose your mind.
And so that is very important to me.
And it's very important, not only that the people in my life do that, but that I do that, especially with my kids.
Probably because I don't think my dad did that.
It's so important that my kids know if I say I'm going to do something or I'm going to be there, that I'm there.
I'm going to do it.
Otherwise, I'm not going to promise you that.
I'm not going to say it.
