Like if you're craving cake, you should get the cake that you're looking at because there's really not going to be a huge difference between the amount of sugar and what you're getting in the coffee. All of these are kind of interconnected in a lot of ways because they're all going on the same circuit, right? So blood flow. So if we have poor blood flow to the brain, risk factor for dementia. Obviously to the heart, risk factor for heart attack and stroke. And poor blood flow, looking at even like the hepatic artery and portal vein and all of these things connected to the liver.

If I add in, if I have like a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil before those berries, I don't see as much of a spike. So again, there's little tricks of the trade that you can do to kind of impacted if your worry is, well, gosh, Kristen, I'm a diabetic.

Right. So, you know, that is another place where we can look at a little bit more intricate detail as far as how something's impacting us. But absolutely, there's a few things that are as frustrating by someone saying, I can't have fruit anymore. Someone told me there's too much sugar. Because there's a very big difference between fruit and a piece of licorice, right?
