I probably meditate for five minutes every day and people would say, well, gosh, you should do more. But many people don't do any. So if I can fit five minutes in and maybe combine it when I'm in the sauna, kill two birds with one stone. So kind of look what makes things easy for you in order to incorporate some of these more mindful approaches. Intermittent fasting, I think, is another big one.

We just had a study coming out, I think, yesterday or the day prior, looking at time-restricted eating in combination with weight loss efforts to really help with weight loss maintenance. So We are surrounded by food 24-7, and it is ingrained in every aspect of our life. I mean, you can't go to a party without a spread, right?

So non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, that's getting into the fibrosis, the inflammation. And then the last one is really once you're in the non-reversal phase. So cirrhosis, much different properties on that one. But obviously we've talked a lot about this reducing sugar, all of this. And then finally looking at alcohol. Should you have any alcohol?

Um, if you've got fatty liver disease, my argument is no. Now this was an actual study. And so their recommendations were perhaps moderate amounts, um, are allowable, but I would never use the word beneficial.
