So I think if you're right now doing nothing, going for a walk for 10 minutes will be a huge step in the right direction. So I think getting out of this mind frame that, well, I don't have an hour to be able to do this. You know, just getting out of that, any kind of activity is going to be good. There is just as much benefit as we can see with resistance training. And you don't have to have a set of weights. You can use your own body weight. You know, anything that that makes your muscles get torn and then rebuilt is going to help to build that muscle mass. And that's going to help with longevity as well.
