But I've seen people... improve so much that when we even start the conversation of, okay, let's start thinking about weaning down, they'll be like, I'm not getting off these drugs. And I think some are able to do that. I've known many different kind of med spa, different services that have physician oversight that are wonderful. You have to meet with the physician every other week to talk about your dietary pattern and talk about things like constipation.

But I think this is a term I used earlier in the podcast is, you know, you really want to get bang for your nutritional buck 80 to 90 percent of the time. But if you're on a GLP, it's got to be 100% of the time. You have no capacity. You have no extra room to say, like, I'm going to have this handful of gummy bears and I'm not going to gain a pound because I'm on a GLP.
