And a lot of the housing would be, you know, for people who are kind of in New York, they have a law that helps to support people who are homeless.

making too much money to be in public housing, but can't afford market rates.

And obviously there's a lot of people that fall into that category.

And so a lot of this housing would go to those type of working and middle class folks.

I mean, Zoran is like Trump's.
