That's a home that we could buy if we had enough interest in the home.
So we kind of put the potential buyers up there to provide some diversity and then also gauge interest in that particular home.
Yeah, they could.
I mean, they definitely could.
The thing is, this is a massive market.
It's a massive market.
We're talking about the largest asset class in the world, real estate.
And so we think there's going to be a couple large players.
And we kind of welcome that.
It's a new asset class.
There's a lot of education layers.
But people who buy in, they love it.
They love the experience.
So right now, it's basically the two big players in the space are Picasso and Ember.
There are a couple others that are smaller, but those are the two big ones.
Yeah.
I mean, I would look at it kind of in inventory.
So, you know, clearly, you know, Picasso has been very aggressive and is a couple of years ahead of us on their growth trajectory.
