aid station by aid station by aid station so there was an aid station and if you guys don't know what that is it's where you stop and you eat because we had to be eating we ate over i think 12 000 calories in that 25 hours so you stop you sit for 5 to 15 minutes and you you fuel up yeah

So we just took it aid station by aid station.

And we knew every 10 to 12 miles, there was going to be an aid station.
