And you can do this lab test called a Dutch test.
i'll send you one where you basically track your cortisol rhythm throughout the whole day and if it doesn't rise in the morning and then fall throughout the day you're cooked and this is why a lot of people get like insomnia you can see it on the dutch test like bro it's 9 p.m and your cortisol is spiking okay so that let me ask you this how do you know when because everyone likes to say dude i have insomnia and it's probably their habits and like sometimes i think dude i fucking might have it because i can't fall asleep at night unless i take melatonin or nyQuil or some shit damn which is actually terrible right
