This is a well-oiled machine.

This is whiteboards.

This is we know that we can get us Aussies.

We know if we go on this dating app, we can get this.

Yes.

And again, because I suppose, and this is where we're failing in the way that we're educating, right?

Because I have a big problem with everything has to be online.

You're defeating – we're basically working alongside scammers.

We want everybody to go online and do everything online.

We're failing everybody, certainly in Australia, with face-to-face.

We don't do this.

This is what we need to do more because we need to teach people and older Australians as well.

And I say I'm 56, so when I talk, I say us oldies –

We need to be front and centre and teach people exactly what they're doing.

We've got to stop doing the digitised learnings and teach people and show them, well, here's a script.

Here is what scammers would do in any scam.

We need to learn from each other and we need to have that conversation where it's easy for us to say, well, I was a victim.
