What do you think of here in Australia?
Last year they had a social media ban for under-16s, so they're not letting you access certain social media.
What's your take on that?
What do you guys think about that?
Teenagers are clever.
I think it's a good thing.
I think that as a young person I know I came across things that I definitely shouldn't have when I was younger and that felt scary and big and it feels like this kind of dark, scary thing.
And I think as well that still leaves the opportunity of being able to still connect with people, whether that's just on messages or FaceTime or, you know, whether it's Zoom, whatever it is.
There are still ways for young people to connect and interact with each other without having to be exposed to –
quite these adult things, I guess.
And look, even as an adult who's 50 years of age who knows better, I can still get sucked in to comparison to all the things going on.
I'm like, and then I have to remember, no, that's not your reality.
And for you guys where you've got your whole life in front of you and your brains are still forming, like it's pretty –
It's a whole thing, you know, I think it is, it's the discernment.
And I think what you touched on, Tiles, is it's easier for people to just numb out in their phones.
And that's the biggest thing, you know, of why we're repressing, you know, because we don't often want to feel, and technology does that for us.
And it's a tricky thing to regulate that within yourself, isn't it?
You know, it's really hard.
All three of you, so including Kai, have worked with children over different times and you've all done beautiful work with kids, whether it's support work, whether it's motivational staff, like, you know, taking care of children, like you're all so divine with little humans.
What does that make you think about if you were to become parents one day or even just working with kids?
