At the Munich Security Conference in Germany, Ukraine's foreign minister says he's invited China's top diplomat to his country, suggesting Beijing could be helpful in ending Russia's war in Ukraine.

Five new outbreaks were reported since the start of the year.

The CDC says that most of the cases are among those who are unvaccinated or whose vaccination status is unknown.
