And I think what I would advocate for is

An in-person model is not right for everybody and a remote model is not right for everybody.

But for my kids, for example, I'll be advising them on what I think is right for their personality and for their development.

But what I do notice about a remote working environment, Susan, is that there's personalities that thrive in a remote world that don't thrive in an in-person world.
