I went to a team. Here's the thing now. We should have went to language training. It was an option, but it was for guys who volunteered. I didn't volunteer because I didn't realize the importance of it. Nobody sat me down and said, hey dude, you need to go to a language course. You got to learn a language. This is a critical thing.
