I'm just so, I'm like, oh, the little comedy moments in this is so good, which is, yeah, so that's such a winning moment for him because we see that he can do his job, which she is floored by because she's not used to other people around her except for Sydney, her, like,

assistant business vip her right hand woman is how she's described heavily pregnant right which was again so funny um it was the first time sort of someone like steps in and surprises her by being better than they than she thought and also as we learn later her other bradley whitford's plan was just to make her like sign a bunch of legal documents to say she hadn't had sex in four years yeah

So how could she have slept with this man for information?

And also when she's like, I'm busy.

I'm like, this woman actually is quite busy.

Yeah.

She's like, no.

She's like, well, this other lawyer was just like, simply, where did you get that information?

That's the inkling I got straight away that a private investigator.

was, like, I thought she was going to say because I had someone tailing her in the restaurant or something like that.

But he couldn't.

So, like, the scene was set for that to be a plot twist.

That was good.

So, obviously, then Brett becomes Brett Daniel Blanchflower.

Great name, by the way.

Daniel Blanchflower then becomes, like, the new council and he and Jackie have a lot more time together and feelings start to develop.

Yeah.

That was when I was like, oh, I think I misjudged the tone of this movie.

And I always think because there's a few times where they, sometimes it just, this movie feels like a paint by numbers cutesy rom-com.
