Oh my gosh, how could she?

And then she said, but I'm having the most amazing time.

And it's like going from black and white to color.

And she said, you know, there's lots of things that she doesn't know how to do, but that she's found it to be an amazing experience of motherhood.

And I found it really interesting that she said she always wanted to adopt.

She was like, it was always part of her childhood dreams.

Every time she was at home, when she was like five or six, she'd be playing with dolls.

But the story she concocted as a child was the dolls were adopted.

Not that she'd given birth.

So she said it had been a dream as well when she studied social work and was exposed to the idea of adoption, that it was something she knew she wanted to do.

And I thought that was really lovely because as Kylie said, like they hadn't really spoken much about it on their pod.

So she gave a bit of an in-depth description of like what that was like, which did lead into sort of discussions around judgment.

And ultimately led us to the backlash that has kind of faced Jake and Millie.

Yeah.

And I mean, I think Millie has done, like has put up with a lot, I would say, in terms of backlash without really ever going into it.

And then in the last few years, she's sort of gotten a bit more, again, it's probably come with age, that she feels she can speak out and speak back against what people are saying about her.

So she spoke last year about like a lot of the commentary around her body.

And then now she's also sort of for the first time speaking out fully about the backlash to her and Jake being young parents.

She sort of has defended it, obviously, since August when they first announced.

When she's been asked, she's just said she loves motherhood and, you know, she knows people think she's young.
