So you end up, they start debating and negotiating this text or this piece of paper, which is about 15 pages in October, November of last year.

And then on the midnight before the Monday, so the Sunday night before the Monday of the vote, they tabled these eight amendments.
And when you say table the amendments, do you mean... They submitted these eight pieces, these eight lines to say, if these are not in it, we don't agree with this text.
And then, so it's funny actually, because you hear language around the culture of convenience, the culture of negotiating is just completely faded.
