I struggled with addiction.

I struggled with substances.

I struggled with so much.

I just felt like.

And then I just went into the wilderness and the wilderness really healed me.

And I went my background's wilderness education, wilderness expedition leadership, and it just healed me.

I was like,

just the animals and just being in nature and just pushing my body and realizing that my brain does work.

And and then all the rabbit holes I dove into when I began to write about it and do presentations, I'm like, OK, I don't think, you know, I have

And I'd be like, okay.
