And I just – I think as well for anyone listening, like, even if it's nothing, you're not postpartum and maybe you're just really struggling right now.
And it's just a reminder that, like, it is okay to ask for help.
And even if you have had a really good – I think sometimes when we've had a really good period, it makes it even harder because –
We're like, oh, no, I didn't need help during that good period or I got it ages ago and now I'm fine so I should be able to deal with it.
Like you don't have to do it alone.
And I think as well I was speaking to a woman the other day who struggled, who was on a very big journey with infertility to fall pregnant.
And she's struggling now and she has had her baby.
And as I was talking to her, I really also then felt a lot of sympathy for her because I also think for women that have gone through – because for us, I mean, obviously, I have so much gratitude that we didn't go through infertility and have that list.
Oh, but it's a whole other level, right?
I think there's – I also just wanted to shout out to anyone listening that did go through infertility, has just had their baby.
