What was there before was a racetrack that people used to go to all the time.

Well, and here's the other part of this equation, too, is it's not just that plot of land isn't just for the football field.

They want to use that for other businesses around it.

So somebody on our text line says, well, the Cubs are only paying $14 million.

The footprint of Wrigley Field is that.

But what are the other businesses around it?

You can't always be on the hook for just that money.

But I do believe that they would be able to recoup a lot of it because of, think about how many seats that the new place would hold.

Taylor Swift is going to want to play in Arlington Knights as opposed to Soldier Field.

She'd sell theoretically 30,000 more tickets, maybe 20,000 more tickets.

I forget what the capacity number that they wanted was.

That's the point.
