Now, to be fair, Matt Hill's statement said, lauding Indiana and ignoring Illinois, which is what the statement did.

It did praise Indiana, and it did not say anything about Illinois.

But according to this, they're saying to the state that that statement is not a confirmation, but that Indiana had asked them to say that?
