Sure, it's going to be uncomfortable for six months or maybe a year because your bank account is going to be zero and you're going to feel this pain.

But you're going to look back and say, that was the easiest investment.

That was the greatest investment.

You had a decade or plus of joy, love, laughter, play, family, connection, games.

It provided this sanctuary for all your dreams to come true.

And so I had this conversation with my current self from my future self.

And I was like, that was the decision.

Now, it doesn't mean it's comfortable.

There's a new way of being when I'm used to living in a two-bedroom apartment for 15 years.

But man, it's been the greatest decision over the last three years.

It's been like every day I wake up like, God, I'm so grateful for this space.

This is a dream every day.
