If you want more freedom, write your own contracts. Maybe make them sign a contract back. Because I actually ended up doing that with one of my last agencies. I was like, I'll sign a contract, but also I'm putting a clause in there that I can get out at any time. Because at the end of the day, I have signed contracts where I can't.
