In fact, it's favored by the courts because courts want settlements because courts are very clogged and busy and can't possibly resolve all the cases that are before them. So unless there's something else that went on in the conversations with the lawyer and Jay-Z's team that I don't know about that's not public yet, I don't think that case is going anywhere. And also, it's very hard to be an attorney representing victims against these billionaires. I've been going after billionaire bullies for a long time. I also have gotten sued by some of these guys.

There's a handful of us out there, but it's a very difficult area of practice because they come after us and we have to pay outside lawyers to represent us.
