I mean, that was shocking when Karen came out because I've got a really good friend called Karen, but she's spelt with a Y, so I think she's different.

Can I just say that, like, I don't think I have got perseverance, though.

Perseverance is the continued determined effort to achieve a goal despite difficulties, setbacks or delays.

Like, I don't think I have that.

This is something that has come up for me a bit lately, that social media, and I mentioned it last week on Instagram, social media has glorified, not glorified, normalized.

you know, a sub three hour 30 marathon normalized even doing a marathon.

And it's annoying because it's not super normal, but that doesn't also mean that those doing the marathons are like elite people.

It's just how people, you know, different interests, different things float your boat.
